How do I invite a borrower?
From your dashboard, create a new loan file and enter the borrower's name and email. Click "Send Portal Link." Your borrower will receive an email with a secure magic link that takes them straight to their portal. No account or password required.
Can borrowers access the portal on mobile?
Yes. The borrower portal is fully mobile-responsive. Borrowers can upload photos or files directly from their phone camera or photo library.
How long does a portal link last?
Magic links expire after 7 days. You can resend a new link from the loan file at any time. Borrowers who have already accessed the portal will have a session cookie that keeps them logged in for up to 30 days.
What happens when I close a loan file?
Closing a file disables the borrower's portal access. The file and all uploaded documents remain in your dashboard for reference. You can export a ZIP of all approved documents at any time before or after closing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from Settings > Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is my borrowers' data secure?
Yes. Documents are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2, and all data is transmitted over TLS. See our Security page for full details.
